This page is a plain-language summary of how we operate —
how we use AI, how we handle your data, and how to reach
us if something doesn’t look right. It’s a starting point.

How Parua Uses AI
We use AI tools in the development and delivery of our
products — including in writing, research, design, and
the TAPCIE concierge that comes with the Practical AI
Compliance Kit (PACK).
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
— Our products are written and reviewed by Paul Ford
Worsham. AI tools assist in drafting, editing, and
formatting. Every published product reflects human
judgment and human sign-off.
— TAPCIE, the AI-powered concierge included with the
PACK, is built on a large language model. It is
explicitly identified as AI in every interaction.
It does not give legal, tax, or accounting advice.
— We do not use AI to make decisions about our
customers — pricing, access, support, or otherwise —
without human review.
We maintain an internal AI inventory consistent with
the TAP framework we teach. We eat our own cooking.
Your Data and Privacy
We collect limited information when you purchase or
interact with our products — name, email, payment
details, and basic usage information.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with
third parties except as necessary to deliver our
products and process transactions.
